Program

Reel Lite Generators, LLC ("Reel Lite") sends text messages about your quotes, orders, rental agreements, deliveries and pickups, payments and account. If you separately opt in, we may also send occasional promotional messages, such as equipment availability and offers.

How you opt in

You agree to receive texts when you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on a quote request, checkout or customer portal form, or when you text us first. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of any rental or purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your rentals and account activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. To start again, reply START or opt in again on our forms.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last Updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to receive texts after a change means you accept the updated terms.
